The free video lessons on this site are there for you to cook along with at home. The training is where you stand at the pot yourself, in real quantities, on real equipment, and get it wrong a few times with somebody watching.
How the training works
- You cook. We do not demonstrate while you take notes.
- Real quantities, so what you learn holds when you scale it up.
- The whole plate - rice, masala, salna, raita - not just the pot.
- Small groups, so nobody is standing at the back.
